TORCHWOOD - THE VERDICT SO FAR
It's the finale of Torchwood tonight and I must say am really liking this format of one episode a day. The four episodes so far have been very well written with the right balance of drama, horror and comedy.
It's been far better than the previous two series, although they may not be a 4th series because :

TORCHWOOD TOMORROW!
From the Daily Record newspaper :
"Anyone sceptical about the ability of Doctor Who reviver Russell T. Davies to make spin-off Torchwood equally compelling had best just admit they were wrong and clear their diaries for five nights.
"This new Torchwood adventure... sees Captain Jack and his team in brilliant form and promoted to BBC1.
"The drama racks up the tension better than anything we've seen since 24, building into a sheer tour de force, a sensational TV event that will keep you on edge, night after night.
"Spine-tinglingly creepy one minute, sexy or amusingly sarcastic the next, this is a story that lead writer Russell says he has wanted to do for a long time..."

TORCHWOOD, NOW JULY?
It would appear that the new series of Torchwood will be broadcast in July, not June as originally thought.
Apparently John Barrowman, who is currently on tour in the UK, has been telling audiences that it will be July and Russell T Davis also indicated July in a recent TV interview.

TORCHWOOD BROADCAST DATES.....SPECULATION
Looking around the various TV forums it would appear that the favourite dates for broadcast of the new Torchwood (Which is moving from BBC2 to BBC1) is 15th to 19th June.
The reasoning behind this is that Ashes to Ashes (currently being shown at 9pm on Mondays) is due to finish on 8th June which then leaves a free slot (at least on the Monday!) before the Wimbledon tennis starts on 22nd June.

TORCHWOOD IS BACK!
The second series of Torchwood started tonight on BBC2 and very good it was too!
Some great one-liners as well, the very first line of the new series is "Excuse me, have you seen a blowfish driving a sports car?"
The second line was even funnier but I'm not going to spoil it, you'll have to watch it for yourselves!
